The increasing demand for reschooling and upskilling requires urgent action and a strategy developed in close cooperation not only within the alliance, but also in cooperation with societal partners and alumni. The ongoing and accelerating changes on the labor market, asks for swift action. We set up up pilots and experiments which allow us to learn what works in cooperating within the four institutions. In this way we can build on a better understanding for future approaches and projects. During a panel discussion our experts talk about the challenges we face and how we can tackle them. From experience they share the exciting results that continuing education projects have for teachers and students/participants.

Continuing education community
